At its meeting on 6 February, the National Committee for Appellations of Origin for Wines of the National Institute of Origin and Quality (INAO) validated the specifications for the Médoc Blanc. An extension validated without difficulty, points out Carole Ly, the director of the INAO. He notes the rapid processing of this request for a new colour: "It took a year between the submission of the application and the validation of the national committee.
