The Tastevinage® Majors
In its quest for excellence, Tastevinage distinguishes among the award-winning wines the "Coups de Coeur" of the jury with the title of Major. The Majors' concept aims to highlight a wine that fully represents its appellation and its vintage, by standing out for its indisputable quality. The Majors were rigorously chosen from a total of 886 Burgundy wines presented during the two annual editions of Tastevinage (115th edition on Friday, March 7 and 116th edition on Friday, September 5, 2025).

TRACVIN,® a tool for checking the conformity of Tastevinés wines
The Tracvin® aims to control products stamped with the Tastevinage label put on sale on the market. In concrete terms, samples of Tastevinés wines are randomly taken from the European market and analysed in the laboratory in order to establish the identity of each wine. These analyses are then compared to those initially carried out on the control wine, at the time of its labelling. This key process is the guarantee of a relationship of trust and the assurance, for the consumer, of the conformity and quality of the Tasteviné wine he acquires.
