When a trip ends bring together memories, scenes and tastes. 

After a short trip in Vinitaly 2023 we brought with us the original Venetian Spritz, Select aperitivo. 

Our Venetian friend who ordered the Select was determined to convince us that the memory of Venice is only worth remembering if we taste the perfect food pairing with the Select.
Watching the process of making the drink, the result did him right.

Let's have a look to his secret recipe:

3 parts of sparkling wine

2 parts of Select Aperitivo

1 splash of soda

Garnish with a green olive

Start with an effortlessly elegant stemmed wine glass. Add ice, Select Aperitivo, Sparkling wine and soda. Stir gently and garnish with one green olive . 

Select Aperitivo since 1920 is ideal pairing for  mediterranean delicacies.
