I recently read a wonderful book by the German-born writer and journalist Jean-Luc Hennig entitled "The Erotism in wine",
which is published in Greece by Κastalia Publications.

I have extracted a few lines from the text introduced by the author and poet Francis Ponge, 'The Wine' (The Great Collection, Pieces)

Wine is not a great thing. Yet its flame dances in many bodies in the city.
It dances rather than shines. It makes people dance rather than smolder or burn.

It floods the limbs with warmth and, above all, enlivens the tongue.

As in all things, there is a secret in wine. However, wine does not keep this secret. We can keep it
make it tell us: as long as we love it, drink it, pour it into ourselves. Then it speaks.
It speaks, full of confidence!

Read the book accompanied by romantic music.
