On Sunday 13 November 2022, 23 wineries of the Wine Roads of Crete, along with hundreds of other wineries in Europe, participate in the World Wine Tourism Day and invite you to celebrate with them.
Visitors to the wineries will have the opportunity to tour the vineyards, meet the winemakers, enjoy the scenery in the beautiful vineyards, tour the production, maturation and ageing areas, taste new and aged vintages, and learn about the fresh wines of this year's just completed harvest.
Plan your excursion now for Sunday 13 November, from 11am to 5pm and visit one or more wineries in Crete. The full programme with participating wineries, opening hours and events can be found on the official Wines of Crete website www.winesofcrete.gr
There you can also find the partner restaurants participating in the 'Bring Your Own Wine' campaign. The visitor will be able to enjoy the wine purchased from the winery in the partner restaurant, at no extra charge, by presenting the proof of purchase (food consumption is necessary). This promotion will be valid only for Sunday 13 November.
