The Concours des Féminalise is a contest that evolved. During the recent great health crisis, we have adapted the conditions for tasting your samples while optimizing tasting quality.

Before Covid, tastings were only done on one day.

The tasters shared a table for three, but they did not taste the same wine.

The jury met in the same large room, which could hinder the concentration of the tasters.

From now on, the following procedure has been adopted:

- the tastings take place over two days,

- maximum of twelve tasters are gathered per room,

- each taster has its own table, its own space to taste samples,

- each taster provides its notes and comments in an application on tablet specially designed for the contest,

- the wines are served in Performance Riedel glasses,

- the wines are served at temperature by qualified servers.

Your samples are thus tasted in optimal conditions and ever more demanding.
