The journey for Olenos Estate into the world of wine began in the winter of 2003.

Olenos Estate is located in Elassona, a breath away from the mythical Mount Olympus, and today includes 100 acres of privately owned organic vineyards.
It is the creation of two friends and agronomists, Giorgos Lolas and Giorgos Ftikas, born from their love for viticulture and their expertise in it. Their shared vision was to revive the region’s historic vineyard and to create their own wine. Since then, everything has revolved around wine, and Olenos Estate is the result of that passion.

Their enthusiasm has passed to the next generation, who now bring a fresh character to the estate. By combining the region’s unique terroir, specialized knowledge, new ideas, and experience, they promise to care for what the founders built while driving evolution into the future.

Everyone’s main concern is respect for the environment, following sustainable production practices. Over time, a modern winery was created with professional know-how and strict quality standards throughout the production process.
A trademark of the estate is the visitable cellar, whose architecture combines comfort with traditional culture.

The ideal ecosystem, collective effort, and passion for progress yield the desired result — creating wine labels that delight even the most demanding
